Too small a trial. The FDA didn't get the memo that we're in a pandemic. So even though the 14-day data suggests LL is the wonder drug we think it is, they want us to prove it in 1000+ patients and they figure the dead bodies that stack up while we acquire that data in Brazil isn't a big deal.
When Janet said P-values aren't more important than saving lives, she was full of shit.
