Really nothing to be sorry about! The ACS aspect has many not happy...not your fault. The Fedramp process...is it not sped up or bypassed at all for cyber providers since our infrastructure has been under attack (fuel, meat supply, etc.)??? I haven't checked into it myself, but I thought I heard the government was fast-forwarding some processes. Thanks!
