I’m sure it does seem that way to you. On another point, my youngest, with whom I had a cage match every night over his homework when he was in high school, was probably more diligent and responsible in his school work than QTMM management was in carrying out their responsibility to file reports with the SEC—even after receiving a notice making it abundantly clear exactly what was going to happen and when if they did not timely complete and file their reports. While I don’t think it would be in Pasaca’s best interest to withdraw from its deal with QTMM, I don’t know enough details to reliably assess this issue. I do know, however, that this failure has created an opportunity for Pasaca to withdraw and find another QD partner, if that’s what it wished to do. Irresponsible. Self-Indulgent. Feckless. Reckless. Frivolous. Pick a word. They all apply. I also wonder how the FDA and the CDC would perceive an applicant whose product that relies upon the ongoing provision of services by a company who, at the very least, appears to be disorganized, ineffective and incompetent, and, on the more serious end of the scale, raises questions about its continuing viability as a going concern. Thoughtless. Lazy. Unreliable. Unstable. Risky. A liability. I have a question for you: if Pasaca circulated proxies to approve its deal with QTMM, but explaining that gathering EUA has no chance of being granted unless they fire the existing management and replace them with people who, at a minimum, would not cause QTMM’s registration to be suspended because they can’t be bothered to perform the most basic and mundane tasks required of their positions, how would you vote? (and the idea that QTMM couldn’t file its reports because of ongoing litigation is preposterous—they need only make the note in their report that litigation is pending that, if QTMM loses, will change the data they have reported). If you’re not pissed off about what has happened, and if you’re not profoundly disappointed in the D-bags who were charged with making sure it did not happen, then I want you to send me your mailing address, because I have a number of exciting investments I’m sure you’ll be interested in.

This cautious attitude resulted from worries about the longevity of recent increases in several high-growth stocks. T... Continue Reading
June Sees Modest Drop in U.S. Job Openings
American job openings dropped 46,000 to 8.184 million in June. This meager drop points to a slow down of the labor market over time. For June, economists had foresaw 8.0 million vacancies. The fall is a consistent one since March 2022. This moderation fits the interest rate in... Continue Reading
