Here's my few on partnerships.
Our church "partners with both non-profit and for-profit entities to house people, feed people, clothe people, and foster people.
We may not be legally bound, but we are "partners" in our effort.
My little company "partners" with a local mechanical company to install air conditioning systems. Without each other's participation we would not achieve our goal.
If Operation Hope and /or Promise Homes assist each other along with say "Time Organization" in housing people while they are being taught financial literacy while concurrently re-establishing their health and well being, I would consider them to be partners, even though they may not be legally bound.
They may not be "legal" partners per the law. JHB and Dr. Dalton are not legally partners but I would challenge anyone to prove that they don't "partner" together to accomplish their goals.
