Market Cap: 952.70M is simple math of outstanding shares x pps. https://stockanalysis.com/stocks/ngio/ did not factor in the Class A vs Class B NGIO shares. So until either the Class A shares are converted to Class B shares or the Class A share pps becomes equal to or greater than the Class B shares and the Market includes the Class A share’s value in the Market Cap, NGIO’s value could be anything.
