Lets think about that statement. If Doc does not have to be tight lipped any more then that means he will no longer have to abide by the rules of a dark company. Being legally dark severely limits what you are supposed to say. Now that Doc is trumpeting what UNVC is all about it implies we are no longer going to be dark. I expect filings very very soon.
