I once worked for a small company (about 110 employees average) with a single owner. Obviously, he was very possessive and protective of his company and took everything that happened personally. Problem was that he also had a short temper and a tendency to react compulsively to problems without analyzing the situation. The result was that the company had a revolving door policy. When I hire in, I was 115 on the seniority list. Three and a half years later, when I was fired as the most senior company engineer, I was at the number 15 senior spot including the owner.
Point is, Joe has personally taken it upon himself to resurrect Generex. I can imagine this is being done with some personal cost. So, perhaps (just speculating, I am not a psychologist), he might be too close to the company and is taking personally any real or perceived criticism of Generex or NuGenerex instead of remaining distant as we would normally expect from a person holding a CEO position of a publicly traded company.
Just as thought. I have never met Joe, so my perception is strictly base on this board and what has been posted.
