While I agree that we could use a new head of Investor Relations in the short term, to me this still goes back to the FACT that we are approaching the 1 yr anniversary of the RTF and 3 yrs from end of P3 trial, and we have been lied to about the problem and solution (eg-syringe) We have been given multiple excuses, and I still don't think anyone really knows what is going on behind the scenes. The price is down this week because the date got pushed back for the 5th (at least) time. You want the price to go up? Get the BLA accepted and investor relations will take care of itself.
Am I an Nader basher- call it what you will, but I don't appreciate being lied to repeatedly. I don't trust the guy at all and it blows my mind that anyone does at this point. Think about how many things he said that never came true. How many missed timelines that he doubles down on and still misses. BLA, Philippines, Canada, UK, India...soon to be Brazil.
How about BP interest? The American Regent deal wasnt terminated because of interest from partners, it was terminated because there is no product to sell anytime soon. Even if the P3 longhaulers trial is enormously successful, we cant sell it until we get approval which is at least a year out. The science for HIV combo is proven and the 4th anniversary of the end of that trial will pass before the earliest PDUFA date, so how are we going to run a trial, get the data, and get approved for anything else? Nevermind that BP will beat us to market
Folks quit being distracted by COVID. The market is no longer fooled by our attempts there. We had a shot and missed. It stings, but we can still save the company (Ihope) with the science that we have already proven unless there is truly something fatally wrong with the HIV trial and data we have.
