Um, Paulson was our Investment bank that pitched this to many investors, many here are Paulson investors. The problem was that some of those investors would sell off their options they received for direct cash investment in order to re- invest as the subsequent need for funds came around. This put enormous downward pressure on the sp which slowly eroded the sp to $.30. It was necessary to do this to keep going and beggars can’t be choosers. To think that you just uncovered a key to sp appreciation without considering that we already had an investment bank kind of diminishes the idea.
What would be a good idea is for a group of investors to bring what ever resources they have to help the company. This action should be in support of the company so it does not create uncertainty. If the 13d group has solid ideas and great opportunities, I’m sure the bod and mgmt team would like to hear about it. I also thing the world of investors in this company would also like to know what opportunities and solutions to obstacles this could bring. Unfortunately we are still being asked to be open minded and ok with the uncertainty created by this group. It is insulting that they feel it is ok to put themselves on a pedestal of knowing how to do better but needing to keep others in the dark and only being ably to help if the current board and mgmt is thrown out.
