I used to think this was the CEO's handle on IH, b

I used to think this was the CEO's handle on IH, but I am convinced now that it is not, because the trivial and meaningless issues s/he chooses to respond to are not indicative of anyone who is or has been responsible enough to run a company. I would not put any stock in the remarks by this person, whoever it is. Let me see, there's an "ignore' button around here somewhere...
