That's a very interesting discovery about RockWater. I was poking around their website and thought this article is interesting reading, about how to close the livestream video gap between US and China. We know Rory has said COVID has accelerated livestream video in the US and he expects it will start catching up with China.

Another livestream ecommerce article of interest is Whatnot Raises $50M and the Future of Livestream Commerce
One thing in that article is it says "So livestream shopping if you’re unfamiliar, very much like what it sounds like, it’s essentially QVC meets Twitch. Bloomberg described it, I like this as, “Part variety show, part infomercial, part group chat." That sounds awfully familiar to how Rory has described it, and of course VerbLive has the chat feature, and Marketplace will have shopping channels like QVC.
Another article of interest is Livestream Commerce Watch List It was written in March, and says this isn't a complete list and subject to update. verbLIVE is listed, I would eventually expect it to be updated to talk about Marketplace.
Also I thought this was interesting from their website: "RockWater advises Fortune 50 companies, international conglomerates, upstart digital brands, and Hollywood producers across the world." Seems to me they might be helpful in connecting Verb with some content producers for livestream videos or others who could make use of verbLive and eventually MarketPlace.
