The easiest way to view this IMO is too look @ this as a Bad Credit Card Deal ...one of those with the HIGH interest Rate by making Minimum Payments how many Years it takes to Pay Off.....
Advantageous for Oasis to sell some on Good News PR's......take some Profit & Hold on to some and WAIT....the Higher the PPS less Shares they get....
So in Summary they know it is now less than 2 weeks before they get their Pay Day Loan Payment from our CEO which been averaging 1 to 1.5 Million a month....
UNTIL there is enough Revenue to Mark this Bill PAID in FULL this is what we are going to get....I used to be One of those buyers NOT NO MORE as you can look at this Several ways.....
Did one Overpay....Did they get what they wanted for Long Term....or Hoping for a quick Short Term Profit....which usually takes a while anyway.....
Me Personally will not be a Buyer anymore.....Will wait for Long Term and Hopefully Live Long Enough to see that...if not then Hopefully My Beneficiaries will be able to Reap the Reward.....
