IH MVP Contest Week #8 -TOP 5 (June 18 - June 22)

TECA was the only pick this week to reach MVP eligibilty based on gaining 100%, however, the volume on the trading day it reached 100% did not meet the contest minimum volume.  Based on the contest rules, all picks under $0.001 must have volume of at least 2mm shares, since TECA is over the pps threshold I converted the minimum shares traded as a price (contest stocks must be a minimum of $0.0003 and multiplied it by 2mm shares) of $600.  Unfortunately the volume was 4,999 or less than $500 volume traded.  TECA was a fine pick, but failed to reach MVP award recipient status.  Nonetheless, TECA picked by equijohn finished first this week in terms of % gains and should be congratulated for a fine stock alert.  Thanks to all participants this week.  Contest week #9 picks can be submitted until Monday, June 25 10AM ET.  Good luck!
