Okay if I understand this correctly. The name change with the state of Delaware happened today. Remember when we all thought it happened in 2019? It did not happen then it happened today. Because according to state of Delaware you cannot change a corporation name without filing an amendment. Today it was officially submitted and filed. Notice doc started changing his LinkedIn and everything to Univec conglomerate inc becsuse after today that’s officially the new name. Before today it was not official.
