Thanks MLR for valuing my opinion on this matter.

I was using "Open Corporates" website for domicile information and they had it wrong, as they showed a "conglomerate" name change, I think back in 2019. Chiro's screen shot today is big news and IMO says we are real close. My guess is Doc waited to do the change until now because...IF (a big 'if') he has to tell FINRA as to the change in say, maybe 24 hours, then he had to wait until the last minute because, IMO a FINRA name change is a material disclosure and therefore would break the "darkness" rules. I have a call in to FINRA to ask how long he has to inform FINRA as to the change and can he start the process before he changes the S.O.S. to Conglomerate. I will post the answers as soon as I get it.
I do know from an earlier conversation with FINRA that Doc makes the 'call' as to when to release the name change on their website, BUT this domicile change today may make him do it in a 'period of time'. I would think (and hope) Doc has the paperwork all done at FINRA for the approval but just had not yet pulled the trigger at the Delaware S.O.S. That trigger was pulled today, lets hope it forces a FINRA name change.
