Contemporaneous record of manipulation attempt for a potential SEC report:
1M order placed at .0041 at 12:51:19 EST after .0048 had been the first ask earlier and previous walked down ask was at .0044.
100K filled top bid - 900K to ask via CSTI.
There was also 555K on the bid at .0040 at the time - so the person didn't really want to sell.
Combined with attempted adverse comments on an amateur forum by one of the usual main suspects.
