VBFBrands is definitely implementing a game plan with regards to this Form 15 filing and the PR blitz on Instagram. Updates daily showing the public their operations and encouraging shareholders to visit. Almost like going over a check list of items that need to be covered for compliance.
I'm encouraged by seeing all their facilities, inventory/product and staff! (Unless its' just a scam using a Hollywood set & actors as surfkast would say...)
Can't say I know much about that Section of the securities and exchanges laws, so I've got lot of reading to do.
