I noticed on OTC Markets there is a change in Outstanding Shares. Up until about June 9, the O/S was 4,837,579,821. On or around June 9, the O/S increased to around 4,975,579,821. Now as of June 17, the O/S has decreased to 4,921,282,750. Just sharing info.
