Let's not overlook some key parts of that statement. What they are indirectly saying is that it's a foolish move to put all of your eggs into the domestic CBD infused beverage market and then, even though they are distributing HEMPd beverages into key geographic areas where demand is high, basically struggle against a strong headwind of federal resistance and fail to leverage your assets with opportunities that ARE NOT experiencing the same type of resistance. To grow, they need revenue growth NOW. As that occurs, their flexibility will increase and in time the U.S. CBD infused food/beverage market will no longer be stifled by federal delay tactics and their usual slow motion style. The official guidance will come and, instead of having gone belly up waiting for it, RMHB will have grown nicely in spite of the Federal follies. As I see it, what they've been working on behind the scenes is just smart business. They're getting it done!
