"The EDGAR system will be closed", I wonder if they mean the EDGAR offices or also the EDGAR website. I am not sure if anyone 'reviews' the corporate uploads to EDGAR and then an EDGAR employee enters it on the website. I would be kind of be surprised if they review the information, as there are a lot of companies uploading daily. So it may not keep Doc from releasing.
Also, if I remember correctly, Doc could "break the darkness" with a press release and then has 10 days to put out financials, IMO.
