It’s my understanding if you take public monies you are entered into a contract that limits your sales price. If we can get by without public help it is what we should do. To limit us on per cost dose would not be near as profitable as having no restrictions and we set our own price like when Gilead set the drug price standard for Covid drugs with Remdisivir.
