Was searching around last night for VERB new custo

They had a distributor on video that is very successful that said she has tried all sorts of technology over the years and nothing worked. Even admitted she was a technophobe and anti app. Then was raving about the Verb app. Said she couldn't do what she does today without the app and she is still learning new things she can do with it.
The company does samples, allows users to record videos, has a boat load of great content. All the ingredients for success and to grow their business.
They even talked about a new feature just released in May that allows both the customer and their distributor to track deliveries. That way the distributor knows when to reach out and ask how they liked the product. I love that and know how important that is. When I order equipment for customers, I have the choice of sending the notifications to be or to them. One of us is always in the dark unless I send them to me and have the fun tedious job of forwarding the notifications to them.
I also all then mention this...
...record-breaking month of April it’s clear that the new million-dollar ________® Mobile App...
I don't think they are paying a million dollars, but that may be an indication of what they feel it's worth.
The company also gives out prices for sharing like an iPad Air, cash, etc.
Maybe this is what Rory was talking about as a way to raise engagement and thus penetration and ARPU.
If you could double he user base by giving out an iPad here and there, it's a no brainer. Really he direct sales companies should be doing that already but they may not realize it until they look at the metric of those using the app and those there are not.
Now the other company I saw last night needs a bit of work. Could be that they are just getting going or the distributor side of things is on another site or part of the site. Usually companies separate it so customers aren't reading bout 2 a day, 10 in play.
What I do like is every time these companies double in size, Verb revenue per client goes up. It's the SaaSie gift that not only keeps giving, but can pay off substantially.
Some of the best SaaS companies figured out the fastest way to grow exponentially is increase your customer base at the same time of growing your revenue per company or user.
