As infuriating as the FDA statement was, it was old news. It was baked into the pps before the 13D 8k sent us back under $2 for the foreseeable future.
We know where we stand with the FDA, we don't know where we stand with the hostile group looking to seize control and their timing, as we're about to start a trial in Brazil, is abysmal.
Maybe their plan will be brilliant. But if it was, I imagine they'd share it now, far and wide. Instead, the mystery has us headed to who knows where price-wise.
