Oh I know, I've been around them for extended periods of time...inflexibility is seen as a virtue. "$500/day keeps the landlord away", the "three-day rule", etc. I guess they need a strict structure but I wonder how many of them could have been retired by now instead of day trading for daily life needs, if theyd just been a bit flexible.
