You mean how NP and team did it to use over the last view years, per the settlement just released by the courts that we have discussed this week?
Sorry, but it is a baseless assumption that the 13D effort is to hurt shareholders, and not create value for shareholders. That there is no public plan does not mean there are nefarious motivations, that's just false logic (not saying it's yours), sorry.
