Chiro has found TA is now green on OTC and shares have been verified. The only surprise is a lot of restricted shares 1.3 billion. A lot of people are think it may be to buy stakes in other companies in the Conglomerate. Restrictive shares have redemption and stock conversion clauses to common shares. They are not traded as common and.That open a lot of questions. It can be very benign"I assume it is" or very dilutive. Hopefully we get some clarification. Good news is the float is 231 million
