If you tell your shareholders these things are going to happen, you should follow up with your shareholders on them instead of leaving said shareholders wondering if everything fell through or not, especially when said shareholders keep seeing the PPS going down.
We all can sit here and excuse or criticize, but the fact of the matter is, when the company announces these things in a public forum, they do need to do a follow-up. A month, two months, three months is just really not acceptable as a follow-up.
One thing that really impressed me about Joe was his stressing the fact he was for his shareholders. It was a refreshing statement to hear a CEO push that. Several years later, I am still waiting for him to back up that statement.
Joe, are you for your shareholders? If you are, give us information on what is going on. Provide us with the information on those things you made announcements to PUBLICLY on the CC or in a PR. These you can discuss.
