Fiat, Mark has ripped away my savings. I am left

Fiat, Mark has ripped away my savings. I am left without a retirement account essentially. No end in sight to that. It has been a devastating situation and if people tell their stories it would be a recurring theme. As a result I cannot bring myself to buy anymore shares, however just in case there becomes a way for my investment to increase I refuse to let go of the shares I have left.
