As you noted, how the purchase order is scored on the financial statement is determined by the terms of the contract/agreement with Chiral. As far as I know that information is not publicly available. Whether we will see the purchase order as a part of the next financial statement depends on two things. First when was the purchase order scored to the general ledger. That would/should have happened prior to the announcement. Maybe on or before May 31. Secondly, the purchase order can be noted as a non scored event in the notes to the financial statement. This note does not affect the bottom line for that financial statement but is informative.
