Upon addressing the imbalance of shares, there is high probability that CRGP share price will go parabolic north of its all-time high of $3.31 under the right conditions.
We don't know the size in reduction of OS and Float however the AS was downsized by 98%. I would hope it impacted the entire share structure especially considering the $1.5 million dollar buyback and cancelation of shares program starting in 2015 right around when the dividend was announced.
Then add the exposure of a Naked Short position...it just adds fuel to the fire.
The transfer agent will have to pull the certs from all brokers to do an official count. It would be easy to get all the 800 million from custody from the DTCC.
What if those were canceled and/or returned to Treasury.
The way the stock now would reflect such a reduction in share structure.
Patiently waiting for details or better yet trading action to occur.
