Doc's title under his IFAH picture is very telling.

When Doc spoke at last IFAH, under his picture was "President, CEO, Health Resources, Inc." (his private company). This time under his picture, up until yesterday it said he was "President, CEO, Univec, Inc." That tells me Doc did what he said he would do (I never doubted) and that is that he rolled up his private companies into Univec, Inc. (HRI was his private company). Then it changed yesterday to "President, CEO, Univec Conglomerate, Inc." Every one needs to realize we are technically still Univec, Inc. as far as FINRA is concerned. Yes, Delaware has us domiciled as Univec Conglomerate, Inc. But I guarantee you, if you asked your broker to send you a one hundred share stock certificate to hang on your wall, it would say Univec, Inc., NOT Univec Conglomerate, Inc. We have not changed the name with FINRA yet, but I am sure all the paperwork is done and FINRA told me the CEO has the last say as to when it happens and then they post it on their site and the next morning it is done. So, Doc had to tell the IFAH to use Univec, Inc. this year. Then the title changed yesterday to Conglomerate, telling me that everything is done. It tells me Doc is going to stand up on the stage as President, CEO, Univec CONGLOMERATE, Inc., meaning we launch with the name change before the IFAH, IMO.

And also remember the window is closing on the second quarter and July 1st the "quiet period" starts for "current, reporting" companies, until the second quarter numbers are posted on Edgar. Doc needs some time to promote the company before July 1st., so any day now. All in my opinion.
