While the Excellagen funding might not be in an 8K, that would be a very important announcement, just as would be the deals that were supposed to be closed at the end of May I believe that they made sure everyone was aware were to happen.
Here is my big issue with all of this. Again, Joe makes sure we all know about these things, then the dates pass and we are left wondering what the heck happened, all the while we see the PPS dipping to .24, .23 and possibly going even lower.
This is the frustration I have with Joe. He announces and announces and then nothing. It's bad communication. Actually, terrible communication.
If you announce something on a CC or in a PR, follow up when it happens. Don't let it sit for weeks or months and use the excuse, we are in a quiet period or can't talk about it because of the SEC or something when you announced it in a PR already or you announced it in a CC or discussed it in an interview. That's garbage. You talked about it before, you can dang well talk about it now.
Sorry, I am frustrated because timelines have passed, we are now at June 9th and the PPS keeps dipping down. How many more timelines are going to be pushed once again?
I am all for waiting on things that we know won't happen until July or end of Summer as they have been put into that timeline. But, when Joe and team put timelines on things and then don't meet them, it gets old. This is the same old playbook over the last several years.
I wasn't here during the days of the old Generex so I can't talk about it. But this new Generex leaves a lot to be desired. It's frustrating how the patterns keep repeating themselves over and over. It's business as usual.
We need to deal with facts and the facts are that the communication coming out of Generex / NGIO needs to change for the sake of the companies. They have literally not learned anything in over 2 years now.
