For some reason, one of my sentences wasn’t added during my editing process. Yes, in my backseat opinion, PT should have spent more time delving into MarMar’s reputation and past character/ work history. If there is possibly one thing accomplished by the MarMar agreement, it was that MarMar had the much needed manned equipment to move soil for the heap leach pad. That was the one and only credible result from the partnership at that time. PT made an error by not inquiring more deeply into his past, and it truly set us back. However, that is in the past, and after PT found out the truth about MarMar, and when it was contractually legal, he sought legal action to get 100% operational control back through the legal court system. People don’t live in the past when they make mistakes....they learn from them. You can bet that PT learned a hard lesson, and like others, he is striving to make the best outcome for all Mexus shareholders. PT will be redeeming himself many times over, if we get a JV or a buyout with Fresnillo! Just my opinion, but this will be the best blessed payback that Mexus shareholders could ever ask for going forward! After all of the backseat criticisms and second guessing of PT and his decision making, if he makes an operational agreement with Fresnillo, any past mistakes will quickly fade to black.
