show me where one poster on this board has said they have forwarded the info.

Saying Bret ignores them is not the same thing- doesnt address the issue of whether they have forwarded info on THIS subject.

A poster with regular contact said sometime ago in answer to this subject that NNLX does not read this board-I would think that strange given the no info status but thats the latest info on that subject i have.

I've already said multiple times that one agency or another would have notified some time ago any company that would be affected by the new rule

but we donyt know what NNLX might have done with the notification and any reminders-did they understand it - did it get lost in the daily rush of other things-

a poster told me publicly years ago they looked at the '44 pages of regulations' necessary to upgrade to current info and decided not to proceed at that time- do they understand that this time there are far different consequences - i've said this is a very very very specialized field and its been obvious from the posts that the subject is hard for many to understand

as i've said i would have expected them to address the issue for sometime now

they've had updates during this time without mentioning the subject- as both eric and i said it could be they are waiting til they file the info - but when the subject has been a matter of concern for some time why not address it to the extent stockholders know they are aware of the issue and are working on it???
