But too often on both these boards the subject is each other's board not the company..
Until the company is reporting again that board is more right then this board.
From a correspondence I had, it is anticipated QMC will be current by end of June, if so this board will once again be more right than that board.
Bottom line no matter what is written on this board or the other board it is the performance of the company that will determine it fate.
For whatever reason Squires has put us in this situation, he was given a warning in December, a dead line in March and extension in April. yet here we are.
A question for the board.
If there is a legit reason why Squires knew he would not be able to file why would he sign an agreement that contained a filing deadline date in it?
Unable to file, signed an agreement with a condition that required filing.
