Government proposed revisions to bond conditions:
If Judge Seeger rules in the Government's favor, it's over for NTEK.

“Defendant may not participate in the sale or offer to sell securities and may not participate in any debt offering. Neither defendant, nor anyone acting on his behalf or on behalf of Ultraflix or any other company over which defendant exercises direct or indirect control, may seek investments or loans from any individual or entity.”
The government believes that its proposed language will prevent defendant from defrauding other investors and/or lenders, while still allowing him to operate his business.
WHEREFORE, the government respectfully moves this Court to clarify and/or modify Foley’s conditions of release
