For now it's an endless loop, Joe's ego and controlling the BOD is a concern. It appears DJ understands the situation, Class B / Dr Eagle (COB) will mitigate additional poor financial deals / decisions and may protect NGIO IPO investors. Current invested GNBT shareholders, expecting NGIO dividend IPO participation, are excluded for now........
The question remains GNBT valuation???and planned listing if any plans ????
Joe's language is all about I and My ......my baby...well the past shows he dropped his baby a few times so maybe doc can ck for any serious injuries...hopefully not long lasting.
