You're clearly missing the big picture here. There are hundreds of other moving parts to what Doc has created and reasons to buy in other than just the beginnings of his website. As soon as the UNVC conglomerate is listed on the NASDOC lots of big companies and hedge funds will be buying in ASAP, driving the PPS much higher.
And why are you so concerned about uninformed investors anyway? That's no way to invest.
ALL investors should be fully informed (about what Doc has created) vs. uninformed before they decide to buy in.
