Underwhelming? I would agree, I didn't feel that way because I try to remain practical though I am not everyone else. PR's, Fluff etc. is all a part of the game Sparks. The company needs to understand that they will not ever be able to satisfy every ones expectations, it's impossible! So the company has chosen the road which it is now utilizing. What can I say? If they feel that is what works best who am I to argue?
