In answer to questions, we dont know whether NNLX will upgrade to current info or not -to comply with the new sec rule-

we dont even know whether anybody on this board has forwarded the info to them-- there are no legal restrictions about giving information to the company -only in receiving info from the company that does not fall under one of the exceptions to the insider knowledge rule

otc and/or finra , or the sec, no doubt has given them the info for a long time - but as I've said this is a very very very specialized area known only in the legal arena to mostly sec approved lawyers- and so much of what has happened in the penny market since 2009 has violated broad rules of the law and the constitution (an ignored doc which we never even read way back in the day)-that it can be difficult for a logical mind to register/understand it.

But as someone who has closely studied the penny market since 2009 this elimination of the 'no info' and 'limited info' class otc companies is in this case a logical outgrowth of the ever increasing disclosure standards imposed on otc companies.

As some have noted those who have the companies ear have been silent-except one who didnt post on the subject until late May -indicating he hadn't read the rule or I guess my posts on the subject-because several of my posts link to or quote the new rule-and so do others posts now

So my guess is either the company has not understood this coming change and its affect on the company and stockholders

or NNLX is waiting until they have supplied the requested info to upgrade by June 30,as the rule statements have said is necessary for the stock agencies to sufficiently review the supplied info to make sure it satisfies the current disclosure standard prior to the Sept 26 implementation of the rule


NNLX has always been in danger of violating the 'no promo' rule rule imposed on 'no info' and 'limited info' companies- but i dont think there is anything wrong with NNLX noting they intend to comply with the new rule-after all the point of the new rule is to increase transparency/notification to actual and potential investors.

as to my stock it has not changed one share -I'm stupid that way-always looking out for others- so far I've just been waiting to see what happens-in some ways the eternal optimist-

but i felt an obligation to post the info for the benefit of the company and stockholders as the only one on this board to my knowledge who had been following this issue-so the Company and stockholders would not be blindsided.
