Just a question, I was under the impression last year that the the largest shareholders publically were Welch, Klump and maybe Pestell--having more than 10 mil. Granted even 25 mil is now under the 5% for a form 13 needing to be filed. I am also pretty sure that these are/were? the largest shareholders who also participated in all the private placements prior to 2020.
Are you saying that there are that many people, entities that have accumulated --on the public markets--between 10-25 mil shares, to account for over 300 mil shares. That means there are a lot of interested whales (institutions?, hedge funds?, BP?) lying in wait secretly?
