C'mon, really? Does a team looking to make change really pay for a 13D filing and proxy vote (an investment of huge amounts of new money) if they haven't already done the work?
The upthread reference of Sun Tzu did really nail it. We've already counted, we are good at math (be it counting votes or watching the SP for MANY years).
