DESCRIPTION
Health Advance, Inc. is a publicly quoted Wyoming corporation, USOTC:HADV. Since incorporation in 2010, Health Advance had been attempting to become a distributor of cost-effective wellness products, with an emphasis originally on rehabilitation and nutraceutical supplements. Effective February 9, 2020 new management began the dual task of preparing for Health Advance Inc securities filings to become current by June of 2021, either at the SEC or by OTC Markets Alternative Reporting guidelines. The later was chosen. Appropriate filings will be made shortly. New management expects to adjust the company's product focus to reflect the best options available to it under present conditions. Accordingly, the company's former product websites describing earlier Health Advance activity have been either sold, retired or re-purposed. These were, amongst others, formerly, hantianlabs.com, leadingmedicalproducts.com, besttamanuoil.com. These, and other "health advance" websites are no longer associated with the company. The only official company website presently is www.HealthAdvanceGroup.com This singular official website will be expanded considerably in 2021 to reflect the new business direction.
