So no one answered... Are the people involved and signed up on the 13D allowed to trade. I feel as they are not allowed and that is why we are idle. I think that if there is a 1% or 2% increase over or under their initial filing, they have to report that in a couple days to sec. To me, it seems as we are right where we should be on SP due to no activity or very little from them. Hmmm thoughts?
