You make it sound like nobody outside the large shareholders already involved will be clued in. We’ll merely be left to observe an attempt to execute the mysterious plan.

Why not rally every single shareholder to the cause, if indeed the cause is legit and will be mutually beneficial? The current distrust stems from the secrecy and seeming disdain for common stockholders.
