Why does that cohort need swaying? 51% is all required to change management, meaning there will be many, many (even up to 40-somthing%?) that are never swayed. Hell, look how many were never swayed to allow something like 25MM of the recent 100MM share authorization (proxy vote) be allocated for compensation (as noted when we all failed to stop the 100MM authorization for good or bad, and yes much good).
