I wouldn't get too excited. First of all GNBT should have been listed with 69M shares, didn't happen !! Dilution close to 120M.....uphill battle to meet Nasdaq requirement now. Dividend and NGIO listing next ........ excitement and hope until another twist .....NGUX !! Now we have to deal with Class A ......really bad deal for "longs" and people holding dividend. Class A will be the equivalent of a reverse split to protect Class B shareholders. No chance NGUX will climb to reasonable levels ....people will purchase NGIO instead. Class A up to 18 month conversion is a terrible deal. IMO DJ plans to increase Class B IPO and only if the pps increases convert Class A to minimize higher float. If the price drops they will delay conversion. Class A will benefit if Class B pps drops. IMO Class B shareholders will not carry profits for Class A dividend!! Current situation a direct result of missed targets and vision.
