Craig, like you I want to hear what they have to say. I expect that they will wait until after meeting with Cytodyn management. I would certainly want to have an exchange with the latest information prior to putting out a plan to knowledgeable people. I like many others have a host of questions I would like to see covered before making a decision. Some are very basic such as
why specifically do you want to take over the board at this time?
What do you bring to the table to improve the response from FDA?
What other contacts do you have that might help spread Leronlimab internationally
What indications will be your top priority
Will you seek to sell the company or any indications for the drug?
What is your plan to communicate with investors?
What is your evaluation of the relationships with Chiral, Albert Einstein, MacLeod.
How will you ensure Philippines, Brazil, and India that your board membership will enhance their relationship with Cytodyn and not diminish it.
And there are other questions!

I am not seeking answers to these questions from this board. Just from the 5%ers.
Also remember the %ers may not seek total control! Maybe just a seat at the table much like Soros does. Maybe they and Cytodyn will negotiate a settlement that will include board membership as well as certain actions.
Anyway, none of us can answer these questions, just hypothesize or rant and rave or pound our chests!
