LIke Dr. Yang, my friend, the father of one of my son's teammates in college baseball, was also an expert on infectious diseases at UCLA and designing a global response and tracking program for pandemics funded by the Dept. of Defense and Congress. What CytoDyn may have run into is much, much bigger than the FDA. These programs have more funding than just BP.
