UCLA was in fact a trial site for both CD12 and CD10, so the number of patients that received it there is well over 40 if you include those who received the randomized LL in the clinical CD12 or CD10.
It appeared to me that Dr. Yang was only referring to those that received Open Label Compassionate Use when he referred to 40.
Also, keep in mind that UCLA still has, I believe, an Open Label Extension of the CD-12 clinical trial.
